A Peaceful Location
Horses and riders have played a major role in San Juan's history and the city is still home to a large equestrian population. Familiar with riding and at home on a horse, I grew up on my grandparents' Ventura County cattle ranch, learning to ride when learning to walk, and rounding up cattle since elementary school. I also rode Gymkhana in high school at Thacher in Ojai. Explore more Gavin Arts
Not far away from San Juan, Tustin's Skyline Drive provides similar panoramic views. • San Juan Capistrano, with its beautiful valley setting and the historic Mission and Return of the Swallows has been the subject of much of Paul and Kimberleigh's works.
