Time stands still in the setting sun's golden glow that is beautifully captured in this new signature Paul Gavin painting. While children hold tight to their kites, revelers on the pier toast and most shoreline activities stop as groups on the beach turn to watch and bask in the glow as the sun sink beneath the waves.
